Terms,in plain words.
The rules for using Zntext (zntext.vercel.app). How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Using Zntext
- Reading every chapter on Zntext is free and open to everyone, without an account. So are the public API, the markdown URLs and the MCP server.
- Zntext AI, quiz sets, flashcards and saved work need a free student account.
- These terms apply to the website, the Zntext AI chat, the public API, the markdown URLs and the MCP server. By using any of them, you accept these terms.
Your account
- One account per student. Don't share your account, and don't use someone else's.
- If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must know you are using Zntext and agree to it before you use your account.
- Keep your Google account or email inbox safe: anyone who can open them can sign in as you. On a shared phone, sign out when you finish.
- We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.
Daily AI limit
- Each account can send a limited number of Zntext AI requests per day. A quiz set or a batch of flashcards counts as one request. The limit is shown when you reach it.
- Each network also has a daily limit, so that one network can't create many accounts to get around it (counted by a hashed IP address, as the privacy policy explains).
- The count resets each day at midnight UTC (06:00 in Dhaka). Until then you can keep reading the chapter, or copy its context into another AI app.
- We may change the limits to keep the service running for everyone.
Deleting your account
- You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. It is immediate and permanent: your chats, quiz sets, flashcards and recent chapters are deleted with it. Download your data first if you want a copy.
- Accounts that aren't used for 12 months are deleted automatically, with everything in them.
AI answers can be wrong
Zntext AI answers from the chapter's material, but it can still make mistakes, misread a question or leave something out. Check its answers against your textbook, and ask your teacher when you are unsure.
Textbook content
- Textbook content belongs to the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB), Bangladesh. Zntext shows it to help students study.
- Zntext is an independent study tool, not an official NCTB service.
Question papers and credits (/qma)
- Zntext AI in the question paper tool uses credits from redeem codes. Credits have no cash value and can't be sold or given to someone else; moving the credits on your browser into your own account when you sign in is fine. We may remove credits obtained by misusing a code.
- Each code can be redeemed once per browser or account, and some codes only on a signed-in account. Don't share codes publicly unless they were made for that, or redeem one code many times with new browsers.
- Check every question and answer before you print or use a paper. AI-written questions can be wrong.
Fair use
- Use the API, markdown URLs and MCP server as documented. Don't scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site.
- Don't bypass or work around the daily limits or other rate limits, for example by creating several accounts or rotating IP addresses.
- Don't attack, overload or probe the service, and don't try to reach the admin panel without permission.
- Don't use Zntext AI to create harmful, hateful or unlawful content.
- Don't sell the textbook content or present it as your own.
No warranty
Zntext is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available, but content may contain errors and the service may change, pause or stop at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using Zntext after a change means you accept it.
